Are Saatva's mattresses hypoallergenic? How good are they for people with allergies?

The Sleep Help Insitutute gives a detailed run-down on the material used for their beds:
"The Saatva bed is not 100% organic, although they do use recycled steel for the support core, a hypoallergenic organic cotton outer cover, and memory foam that meets eco-friendly standards. The foam layers use at least 30% soy or corn oil with polyurethane and Dacron." So, the outer cover is hypoallergenic, although those with soy or corn oil allergies may be affected.
Sleep Culture's review supports this, saying, "The covers are blended with hypoallergenic fibers that contain natural fire retardant sourced from thistles." The Saatva websites makes no claims about the hypo-allergenic features of its mattresses.
